Q & A

Hero Shots Release Timeline

The "Hero Shots" are a secondary priority after completing the full documentary. Once the film is finalized, the Hero Shots will be privately released via email to Amtgarders. These will be fully edited, color-corrected, and polished. If you appeared in multiple Hero Shots, you will receive the group shots as well. Expected release: Early June.

Documentary Release Plan

We plan to submit Obscure Frontier to Midwest film festivals throughout 2025-2026. After the festival run, the documentary will be distributed to the Amtgard community and made available on Vimeo and YouTube.

Private Screening for Amtgarders

Before the film’s official release, we will host a private screening exclusively for the Amtgard community. More details will be shared as post-production progresses.

If you do not wish to appear in the film or Hero Shots, just let us know, and we’ll ensure your footage is not included.
